100% robusta ground coffee from Ivory Coast. Roasted in the Bélier region (Central Ivory Coast) as close as possible to the producers.

This pure robusta blend has been roasted directly at the origin. It gives you a powerful cup with a balanced body. Notes of cocoa, nuts and a hint of spice . Ideal for espresso aficionados and Americano for a light cup.

The producer

LITTLE CAFE is an Ivorian artisanal coffee roasting company.

Its founder, Auguste (we see you smiling) decided to set up his production unit in Toumodi, in the heart of the Bélier region where he is from. Being as close as possible to producers and their daily lives, this choice allows it to supply premium quality coffee beans. From roasting to packaging, everything is done by Auguste and his team.

Specificity of Robusta

Robusta coffee contains twice as much caffeine as Arabica coffee, about 3% .
Robusta is the basis of the composition of Italian coffee beans for the preparation of espresso due to its characteristic color and thick, dark foam. Note that the espresso is originally made from 100% robusta coffee .

It will therefore be ideal for all your espresso-based preparations, such as Cappuccino and Café Latte .
